Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

· New Construction: Work closely with the project foreman to meet the needs of the project. Be a team leader, eager to learn, and progress to a lead position with our team.

· Build Team Unity: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance project outcomes.

· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

· Experience (Required): A minimum of 2-years apprentice Electrician experience on commercial projects.

· Certification (Required): Must have credentials proving a job history as an apprentice on new construction/TI projects. Trade school certifications are a plus. OSHA 10/30 training is a plus.

· Physical Aptitude: Ability to handle a physical workload associated with electrical installations.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills to address complex electrical challenges.

· Proficiencies: Blueprint reading, Smartphones/tablets, and email.

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and assessment.
