Position: HVAC Lead Installer
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage and mentor a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installation requirements.
- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, answer questions, and provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation reports and service documentation.
- Handle tools and equipment responsibly and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of successful project completions.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification or licensing as required by local or state regulations.
