Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of drain systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to professional growth. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high level of service and expertise that Reliant Plumbing is known for.
Requirements:
- Proficient in running drain calls with a solid understanding of drain systems and equipment
- Hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- At least 1-year experience in drain service
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot service issues, repairs, and problems effectively
- Competent in the safe use of tools and related equipment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethic
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Clean driving record and residency within 45 miles from Lakeway
- Must pass a background check and maintain professional conduct at work
- Adheres to good personal hygiene standards. Smokers must ensure cigarettes are disposed of properly
- Maintains a positive attitude at all times
Hours:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday work schedule, rotating weekends, and on-call duties as needed
Pay:
- Competitive commission-based pay, ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 per year or more, dependent on experience level
