Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor customer service metrics and generate reports on department performance
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a service environment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Experience in maintenance management is preferred
- Ability to fabricate solutions for complex customer issues
