Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our concrete batch plant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the plant, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the concrete business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and optimize the use of resources to meet production targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Experience:
- Proven experience in concrete batch plant management
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
