What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience in a call center or similar environment.
Strong supervisory skills to motivate, mentor, and develop your team.
A passion for customer service and delivering quality in every interaction.
Data-savvy with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Project management chops—you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
Negotiation skills to secure the best resources and outcomes.
Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for connecting with diverse audiences.
(Bonus) A background in sales is a nice-to-have but not required!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
