Choice Roofing is looking for motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our roofing sales team as project managers. As a project manager, you'll receive comprehensive training and all the tools you need to succeed in your growing career with us. We’ll teach you everything from mastering sales techniques to understanding the entire process of roof replacement, including generating your own leads through door-to-door canvassing and successfully closing jobs. Your main objective as a project manager is to maximize roof sales while ensuring an exceptional experience for every one of our customers. The ideal candidates will have an interest in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their needs. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing job site installations in the Austin Metro area.

Qualifications:
Possess a valid driver's license.
Have reliable transportation.
Excellent organizational skills.
Confident and effective communicator.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-driven and motivated.
Willing and able to generate your own leads through in-person, door-to-door sales.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with potential customers.
Open to learning and implementing our standards.
Comfortable with climbing ladders and walking safely on roofs.
LLC set-up required before starting with Choice Roofing.
Prior sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through various sales strategies, including door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking.
Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide detailed estimates to customers.
Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and available options to help them make informed decisions.
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position Choice Roofing in the market.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

This is a 1099-Contractor position, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule.
