*Job Summary*
We are seeking a creative and analytical B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that will support our sales team by building brand awareness, customer engagement, and helping to facilitate revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and market trends, while consistently measuring the effectiveness of campaigns. This will be a 6 month contract-hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, content, SEO/SEM, etc.) that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer behaviors, competitors, and industry trends. Use insights to inform marketing tactics and product positioning.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and achieving key performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and reporting key insights to stakeholders.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop customer personas and tailor marketing efforts to specific target audiences.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all marketing channels, building a positive and cohesive image.
- Sales team collaboration: Work closely with sales, service and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall company objectives, as well as ensuring that sales team has the required support and collateral.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize strategies and campaigns to drive improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Technical Proficiency: Firsthand experience working with marketing automation platforms, Hubspot, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and innovatively in designing marketing campaigns and solving business challenges.
- Independence: Since we don't have a fully fleshed out marketing stratagy, the candidate will need to be able to work independently to finalize our approach, execute, then analyze and report on it's success/shortcomings.

Pay: $75,777.00 - $83,111.00 per year
