What will your role entail?
As a service plumber for Matt's, you will be focused on providing excellent customer service and professional plumbing repairs to our customer. The day-to-day tasks of this role include diagnosing and repairing everyday plumbing problems, provide multiple options for repair, and addressing customer inquiries/concerns with empathy and professionalism. Selling experience is needed.
Qualifications
- Verifiable prior experience in plumbing no less than 4 years
- Must be able to sell a weekly average of 15K in service revenue
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present multiple resolutions
- Ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to diagnose common plumbing issues
