JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HVAC Service & Sales Specialists will work to sell Amtek Air Conditionings HVAC Equipment, Machinery, and Service to Clients and Prospects.
- Work with pre-existing Leads to build and maintain rapport with Clients.
- HVAC Service & Sales Specialists will call into Leads, schedule Meetings, and sell Amtek Air Conditioning HVAC Products and Services.
- Manage Clients, checking in to ensure customer satisfaction, and to further build the sales relationship.
- Coordinate Yearly HVAC Service Meeting/Check-In with Clients.
- HVAC Service & Sales Specialists will provide HVAC Service to Clients HVAC Equipment/Machinery during Yearly Meeting/Check-In.
- Ensure all Clients knowledge of Amtek’s Products and Services are up-to-date during Yearly Check-In Meetings, to ensure Up sells for consistent Business Growth.
- HVAC Service & Sales Specialists will meet and exceed all HVAC Sales Goals.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned to the HVAC Service & Sales Specialists as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 3 years of prior HVAC Service Technician experience.
- Must have at least 1 year of prior Sales experience, ideally within the HVAC Industry.
- Must have a knowledge and understanding of HVAC Products, Services, and Systems.
- Must possess a Valid State’s Driver’s License, with a CLEAN DRIVING Record.
- Must have own tools(I.E. Gauges, Volt Meters, Torches, Hand Tools, Etc.) to provide HVAC Service during Yearly Meetings.
- Must be Professional in appearance and manners, providing polite, customer-oriented assistance to Clients.
- Ability to pass a Background and Drug Screening.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
