We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketer and Digital Marketing Manager to help us drive our Amazon marketplace growth strategy.
In this role you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and profitability of our Amazon marketplace channel. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will have full ownership of and accountability for our Amazon channel, managing everything from driving traffic and conversion to post-purchase followup strategy to maximize lifetime value. You'll develop and execute strategies that maximize growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, mission-driven and entrepreneurial environment. You will report to our VP of Business Development, and you will work alongside our Marketing and Digital Media Team, and our Graphics Team.
What You Will do:
- Use brand value proposition, messaging and narrative to identify, implement, and continuously optimize our Amazon listings, digital content and marketing strategy that communicates with different audiences.
- Develop and execute traffic generation strategy to increase paid and organic traffic, including but not limited to PPC, keyword optimization, and listing optimization.
- Facilitate a partnership with marketing and content by working closely with our Brand Strategist, Creative Director, graphics team, digital content team and our other marketing analysts who are responsible for their own channels.
- Work closely with content production team to ensure asset production requirements are in line with go-to-market plans.
- Plan and manage the promotions calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional activities.
- Work closely with our ad agency to ensure our ad spending is efficient and in-tune with our growth strategy.
- Analyze data and results to prepare presentations and reports relevant to marketing strategy and execution for executive leadership.
- Ideate with team on new ways to support and grow our business with marketing content.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing and digital content experience.
- Preferred qualification: 1+ years of experience with Amazon marketplace and/or Amazon ads.
- Expert communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Spreadsheet mastery of pivot tables and performance trend graphs. Ability to import and export data between platforms such as Amazon, Google Ads, ERP software, and analytics tools.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
- Strong independent project management skills.
- Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to come up with actionable items.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
