Magnolia Companies is looking to fill the residential HVAC Install Field Supervisor position. The basic function of the Install Supervisor is to assist in the management of all aspects of the division’s day-to-day operations activity as it relates to those processes and personnel they are overseeing. Specifically, Nexstar Service System.
Job Responsibilities:
An Install Supervisor primary goal is to first perform the functions of a technician and to assist in training excellent HVAC Install Technicians and apprentices for Magnolia Companies and the community. They are highly focused on setting the example of what a HVAC Install Technician should do daily, weekly and monthly. To ensure that the Service System is being implemented by those they are overseeing. They assist and support the other Install Technicians in their planning, coordinating, and coaching on the activities of their jobs to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
Requirements:
- You Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it – (GWC)
- Journeyman HVAC License; Journeyman Gas Fitters License
- Required: 5-10 years’ related field experience, 0-1 year’s management/supervisory experience.
- The use of conversational, analytical and observational skills which demonstrate an ability to organize, direct, control and manage all areas of supervision in the field. Includes intermediate level administrative ability and leadership skills.
