Job Title: In-House HVAC Service Coordinator
Company Overview:
We are a global manufacturer of industrial chillers and heating systems used in various industrial facilities, including chemical, pharmaceutical, and other process-type companies globally. We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team as an In-House HVAC Service Coordinator. (this could be a hybrid position if not near by)
Position Overview:
The In-House HVAC Service Coordinator will play a key role in troubleshooting, installing, and working with chillers, rooftop units, and other industrial heating and cooling equipment. This role requires effective communication with customers and Field Technicians to troubleshoot equipment over the phone or via email, as well as close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure accurate information is relayed and necessary parts are delivered to service technicians in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and assist with the installation and maintenance of chillers, rooftop units, and industrial heating and cooling equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone or via email.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to relay information and coordinate the delivery of parts to field service technicians.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints/schematics to ensure proper installation and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HVAC, specifically with chillers, rooftop units, and industrial heating and cooling systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical blueprints/schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
- Experience in pipe fitting and electrical work is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and teamwork with engineering and field service teams.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
