We are a 28 Year old local company, looking for HVAC installer and service tech. Pay based on experience. We do Residential and Commercial work. Subcontractors encouraged to apply. Must have installation and service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete installation projects according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Skills:
- Knowledge of plumbing systems for connecting HVAC components
- Skilled mechanic with the ability to assemble, disassemble, and repair HVAC equipment
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Understanding of HVAC system design and installation techniques
- Ability to operate boilers for heating purposes
- Experience as a service technician for HVAC systems is preferred
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures related to HVAC systems
- Welding skills for fabricating or repairing metal components
