Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Subcontractor to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality plumbing services for residential jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, be able to work independently, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of residential plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with the team to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential plumber.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid plumbing license (desirable).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
