Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within and around residential properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance technicians
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong technical skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate a team of technicians
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
