Job Title: Plumber Technician – Residential & Commercial

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and resolve plumbing emergencies with a calm and professional approach.
- Install and repair pipes, drainage systems, sinks, and toilets in both residential and commercial settings.
- Perform thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and provide expert advice to clients.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, ensuring all work complies with health and safety codes.
- Select and install high-quality, cost-effective products for repairs and installations.
- Provide accurate time and cost estimates to clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout each job.
- Uphold our commitment to treating clients and their properties with respect, always leaving work areas clean and orderly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, with experience in Service Titan or any other trade specific CRM is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, move, and use hands/arms for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate clearly and focus on detailed tasks.
