Overview:
Mountain Home Services is currently seeking a Plumber to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Plumbers are responsible for servicing, maintaining, and upgrading residential water treatment equipment such as R/O systems, tankless water heaters, tanked water heaters, whole home water filtration, water conditioners/softeners, steam humidifiers, and more.
This is a full-time, field position working primarily in customer’s homes.

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- 3+ years of plumbing experience
- Journeyman's license required
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities:
What Will I do?
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
- Identify additional revenue opportunities as they relate to customer needs
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle, refueling, as necessary Vehicles should be washed and organized weekly
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle
- Document installed equipment and photos in ServiceTitan software
- Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities
