We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our clients' indoor environments by delivering high-quality service and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install HVAC systems and components, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork, according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan. Tasks may include cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant problems. Provide effective repairs to restore systems to proper functioning.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain HVAC issues, recommend solutions, and answer any questions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with all service interactions.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and codes related to HVAC installation and repair. Ensure that all work complies with local and national building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Valid HVAC technician license and/or EPA certification.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
