Technical (Plumbing or Hardware) Customer Specialist
If you have worked as a plumber, trim carpenter, or project manager for at least two years, AND you would like to work in an air-conditioned office year-round, we have the job for You! You can use your skills and assist the trades working on construction projects via phone, email or video.
As a high-end plumbing fixture and decorative hardware company, ELEGANT ADDITIONS has great builders, contractors, and plumbers as customers working on some of the coolest projects in Texas. They need your expertise to answer questions, and provide information as they prepare for, and install our products. Problem solving skills are a must.
- Maintain detailed customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure consistent and personalized customer support.
- Collaborate with other departments to proactively address client concerns and ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Proactively reach out to clients through various channels to foster strong relationships, address inquiries, and provide support, thereby becoming the primary point of contact in Houston and Dallas and beyond.
- Ensure all customer support information is accurately and swiftly communicated
- Coordinate the return and replacement of damaged and or incorrect shipments.
- Travel to job sites as needed to assist clients with technical issues related to products. This may include troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions.
The applicant must:
- Be inquisitive, have a mechanical interest and would like to learn how plumbing and door hardware work. We will train.
- Be comfortable using computers including Microsoft office suite including Word, and Excel.
- Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Multi-task
- Want to work as part of a team.
