What You'll Do: As our HVAC Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our maintenance and service technicians. You will:
● Teach new hires our company processes, safety practices, and expectations.
● Train on summer and winter HVAC system maintenance.
● Instruct on the use of our CRM, ServiceTitan.
● Educate on our in-home soft skills process.
● Prepare new hires to perform their job duties proficiently and provide a five-star customer experience.
● Assess trainee skill levels and identify those who can advance quickly.
● Assist service managers and the Director of Training with additional training programs.
What We're Looking For:
● EPA Certification and a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to teach various personality types.
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
● A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
