All hands on-deck, this is a full-time, year-round, WORKING, site supervisor position at a 23 year old licensed electrical contracting company. Come learn and grow with us!
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team installing, and repairing, commercial and industrial solar systems
- Ensure employee compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA industry installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Train employees to work efficiently, and up to our company's high standards
- Inspiring loyalty and communicating company goals
**Skills:**
- Knowledge of NEC and OSHA standards for electrical installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Good listening and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings
- Comfort working at heights on roofs for panel installations
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly and installation tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
