Job Duties
- Installation of wiring and conduit through buildings for HVAC equipment including line voltage and low voltage sensors.
- Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty components to include motors, controls, VFD's.
- Develop and maintain service schedule
- Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily
- Sell and develop Preventative Maintenance programs to potential and existing customers.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience in electrical wiring in commercial and industrial spaces.
- Ability to read ladder diagrams, schematics, and site drawings.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use of power and hand tools.
- Work in outside conditions.
- Use of ladders for roof access
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.

Salary: Base salary (above average), plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.
