**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician with 4+ years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, blueprint reading, and construction sites. **Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other electrical components.
- Bend and install various types of conduit, including EMT, rigid, and PVC.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and recommend solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams.
- Install electrical systems according to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure they are following safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train and mentor apprentices and other electricians.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.
- Adhere to our internal tool policy and demonstrate a proactive willingness to invest in and maintain the necessary tools required for the trade.
Skills:
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for electrical installations
- Experience in frame carpentry and maintenance person tasks
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices
- Ability to use voltmeters and ohmmeters effectively
- Skilled in building logic controllers for various applications
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
