Pay Range: $28-$40

Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication with homeowners, project manager and team members
- Ability to do full install and commissioning/start-up
- Running and sealing flex ducts
- Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on!
- Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
- Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
- Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Follow safety protocols, and help with gas/CO testing on startup
Requirements:
- 3+ year HVAC installer experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
- Driver's license with clean driving record, and ability to drive company vehicle
- Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and a go-getter
- Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
