Responsibilities:
-Assist in store clients with selecting the best home furnishings solution for their needs and offer suggestions for additional items that may enhance their current selection
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
- Conduct in store sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail furniture sales with background foundations in technology or software sales and design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Willingness to travel for company meetings and industry events
