The Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our elite team, focusing on expanding our footprint across the Western United States. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting contractors and OEMs within the HVAC sector.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning our products as the solution of choice.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging your deep industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously innovate to keep our offerings competitive and relevant.
What You Bring:
- Proven B2B sales experience within the HVAC industry, specifically targeting contractors and OEMs.
- Deep understanding of the HVAC market and a network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for closing deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel across the West Coast to meet with clients and prospects.
