We are seeking skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers to join Elmer’s Home Services of Houston, Texas. As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating comfortable and efficient living spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Follow safety protocols and standards to ensure a secure working environment
- Measure, cut, and fit ductwork to ensure proper ventilation and airflow
- Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Lead Installer. industry
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in installation and repairs
- EPA Certification
- Current TDLR
