- Lead a team of HVAC technicians to deliver unparalleled service, safety, and productivity
- Manage dispatch operations, customer inquiries, and technician guidance
- Ensure quality and safety procedures are consistently met and exceeded
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch service technicians, handle customer inquiries, and manage invoices
- Supervise HVAC technicians to perform equipment repair and start-up
- Ensure tools, uniforms, and vehicle stock levels are optimal
- Provide technical guidance, analyze solutions, and review performance
- Consistently meet with technicians, determine priority callbacks, and collaborate with leadership
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-4+ years residential HVAC experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for teaching, learning, and sharing knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient with computers and able to learn company software
