Client Service Specialist
The client service specialist is responsible for the operations and marketing of the practice. Duties for this position include (and not limited to):
Key duties:
- Manage the calendar(s) of the practice. Set appointments for all client and vendor meetings. Confirm all appointments, etc.
- Work with clients to have all needed information on a regular basis (tax returns, meeting preparation materials, etc.)
- Manage the Contact Management System (client segmentation, service models, point in time contacts, etc.)
- Work with clients to be sure the client is technological ready for meetings and interactions.
- Work with the operations team to be sure business is processed in a timely fashion.
- Auditing and managing practice reports
- Work in conjunction with the Digital Engagement and Social Media Marketing team to supplement digital and social media marketing
- Local marketing via digital marketing (campaigns, emails, target marketing)
- Plan Advisor seminars or Webinars.
- Manage birthday cards, anniversary cards and special event cards (and gifts).
- Research and market to select individuals/businesses who are in the target demographics we want to reach and proactively engage with them.
- Back up other areas in the practice
- Be a substitute for local networking meetings (both in person and virtually)
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates applying for this position must have:
- High school diploma and experience, preferable an associate degree and experience
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Much of the time this person will be on the telephone, Video, E-mail or social media.
- Candidate should have some digital sales experience
- Must have excellent skills in social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
- Well versed on standard office equipment and programs including Office 365, sales force and cloud-based technology
- Knowledge of WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and conference call procedures
- Person must be a self-starter, independent, great time management and prioritization skills and be a good problem solver.
- Must be able to pass a background check
This is currently Part Time 15-20 hours per week during business hours IN THE OFFICE IN NORTH AUSTIN. This could grow to a full-time position Pay is $18/hour with potential for bonuses
