**Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and develop skills in the electrical field under the guidance of experienced professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Perform tasks related to electrical construction projects
- Gain hands-on experience with various hand tools and electrical testing equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Support journeyman/journeywoman electricians in daily tasks
**Skills:**
- Familiarity with using ohmmeters and voltmeters for electrical testing
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
- Experience working on construction sites is a plus
- Exposure to industrial electrician work would be beneficial
- Basic understanding of frame carpentry for installation purposes
- Proficiency in using various hand tools essential for electrical work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
