HVAC Mechanic (Full time)
Falcons Landing is looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanic to work in our Facilities department.
Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.
What you need:
- Five (5 years) experience maintenance experience and service experience in residential/commercial HVAC systems
- Must have a universal EPA refrigerant handling certification
- Must have the ability and comfortable working in adverse environmental conditions
- Must have a strong troubleshooting skillset along with a strong working knowledge of controls and control systems
- Must have a strong knowledge of HVAC codes
Hours of work:
- Day shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Rotating schedule to include days/evenings/weekends/holidays
