As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Byrne Real Estate Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will make around $73,296 your first full 12 months in salary, bonus and benefits if you do/hit the minimum standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Set appointments for four our highly trained agents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor account performance, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in insurance, health or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Worksuite.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Texas Real Estate License is/will be required.
