PPC is looking for a Lead Installer and Install Apprentice to join our team!
Experience is preferred, but not required. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background screen.
Responsibilities:
- Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers.
- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
- Know how to establish customer rapport
- Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (Preferred)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams (Preferred)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
