This is a full time employment position. The job entails checking that appliances, toilets, etc. located in apartments are in working order, changing light fixtures and fans, locks, hanging blinds and making minor repairs.
Maintenance Techs are required to have A/C knowledge.
We are seeking serious inquires only--NO CONTRACTORS. Applicants must have experience in this field.
A clean drug screen and background check are required as well as a valid driver's license in good standing with reliable transportation.
