Job Summary:
We are seeking foremen skilled in stucco, waterproofing, finishing and painting to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget, with all safety requirements in place, and on time.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations on site
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Implement and enforce safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Prepare and submit progress reports
- Train and mentor new employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a foreman
- Leadership and communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
