ABOUT THE POSITION:
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.
As the HVAC Lead Installer at Polley's Perfect Seasons, you're the captain of the installation crew, leading them through each project with precision and efficiency. Whether you're installing a brand-new system, assisting service techs with troubleshooting, or providing on-the-job training to your team members, no two days are ever the same. With each installation, you leave behind satisfied customers and a job well done, knowing that you've played a pivotal role in keeping homes comfortable year-round.

- 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
- N.A.T.E certification preferred
