We provide comprehensive training, an internal support team, and professional development programs. We’re looking for a Client Representative who will build and manage positive relationships with current and potential clients.
As a member of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing customer service to our current clients and a team of academic consultants. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with inside sales and will help streamline department administrative as well as sales processes.
This position is based in our Austin office.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Establishing and cultivating current and new client relationships as an account manager
- Answering phones and responding to a high volume of email correspondence
- Providing excellent customer service to potential clients, advising them of Cram Crew’s services and packages, and responding to general inquiries
- Implementing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Following up on sales leads and informing current clients about new services
- Creating client accounts, processing payments, and inputting client data
- Resolving client complaints in a professional, timely manner and escalating through appropriate channels as necessary
- Adhere to pre-existing protocols and practices to direct communication/inquiries to the correct departments
- Maintaining department paperwork and administrative records
- Implementing strategic initiatives to exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborating with team members to create initiatives that will increase client engagement
What you should offer:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sales experience preferred
- A minimum of 60 college credit hours preferred, bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience
- Available to work 30-40 hours per week during normal business hours
- Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Hangouts
