This HVAC Service Technician position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. HVAC techs are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC maintenance & troubleshooting and be multi-skilled in other areas (pipe fitting/plumbing, electrical) in order to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments. Company vehicle provided with tools for service calls.
10+ years of experience (Commercial), Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 6 years), Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years), Excellent troubleshooting skills, Excellent communication skills, Able to lift 75+ pounds
Experience with Aaon, Carrier, Trane and York roof top units
Chiller experience

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant position
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
