Austin Electric Services LLC is searching for Residential Electricians. We have immediate openings for Residential wireman/rougher, trimmers, hot checkers, superintendents and assistants. We are located near Phoenix Arizona, but we would be willing to help relocate the right candidates.
Roughers are paid based on a piece rate, per livable square foot, plus options and a fuel reimbursement. If you can wire 1000 sqft per day you could earn over $100k per year!
Trimmers are paid based on a piece rate, per livable square foot, plus options and a fuel reimbursement. If you can trim 2000 sqft per day you could earn over $75k per year!
Roughers and trimmers get paid time off, select paid holidays, matching 401k, fuel reimbursements, health insurance, vision insurance and dental coverage. We can help if tools or vehicles are needed as well. We have plenty of work and we have plenty of materials. Do not sit at home with your current employer because they do not have work everyday or do not have the materials you need to finish the job.
Hot Checkers, superintendents and assistant positions require candidates with good time management skills and they must be excellent communicators. These positions ensures that all of our work is performing properly and meets or exceeds our standards. Hours are dependent on the season and the workload, but there may be days where long hours are needed and occasionally Saturday work as well. Bi-lingual helpful, but not required. Must have 3+ years of residential electrical hot checking/trouble shooting experience. We are willing to help with relocation costs for the right candidates. Take home company vehicles and all fuel covered for qualified candidates. Must have clean MVR to use our vehicles.
