Responsibilities Include:
- Generates all work order requests & enters all relevant information for cost tracking and invoicing
- Collects material list from Service Technicians and orders material through established vendors
- Generates invoices for both external and internal customers
- Performs collections as necessary
- Maintains schedules for the service department
- Maintains files including databases, ensuring data integrity of information
- Interacts with all levels of employees and a wide variety of external customers
- Completes the closeout process for contract work

Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of administration experience in the construction industry, electrical service a plus
- Highly proficient with MS Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Above average attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work under time constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to forge strong relationships with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Very organized
- Demonstrates sound, independent judgment
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of administration experience in the construction industry, electrical service a plus
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug testing
- Ability to pass background check
