For twenty-five years Efficient Facilities International (EFI) has delivered integrated facility services for all building maintenance trades. Our core services include HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, construction, routine maintenance, janitorial, pest control, and landscape services. We are not a seasonal HVAC-R company as our technicians work year-round without interruption in employment.
We are seeking talented commercial HVAC service technicians with a minimum of ten years of experience in commercial, industrial, geothermal, WSHP, and chiller repairs and maintenance. Our primary interest is in hiring superstar caliber technicians that have dedicated their careers to the HVAC-R trade. We will provide top pay for the expert level technician and include benefits such as company vehicle, 401K, medical benefits, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, and continuing education opportunities.
Since a company vehicle will be utilized, a clean driving record is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local, state or federal law and regulations.
