Position: Service Sales/Account manager
· Manage existing and develop new accounts in the Houston metroplex.
· Sell service agreements, repairs and changeouts to new and existing customers
· Responsible for customer relationship management and entertainment.
· Develop and drive scopes on new key projects where applicable.
· Identify decision makers for potential and existing accounts and provide quotes, budgets and account specific communications.
· Develop scope and hours for large key projects with service project manager.
· Work closely with Service Dispatcher for account specific billing.
· Inquire, when requested, as to status of payment of certain invoices
· Compensation package depends on experience. Entry level will be considered as well
Service Sales will report to the General Manager but work hand & hand with the Service Support staff (Dispatcher and Operations).
