Job Summary:
Join our office team! We are seeking a Coordinator for our residential installation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC or construction management. Salary based upon experience and background.
Duties:
- Work with estimators and installation technicians to ensure excellent customer service and communication
- Receive accepted installation contracts, add jobs to computer system
- Schedule installations, order necessary equipment and supplies/parts
- Acquire permits and schedule subcontractors
- Generate customer invoice and schedule inspections
- Register equipment and extended warranties
- Assist customers with rebates and keep up to date with rebate programs
- Backup phones - we are a small office
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Previous experience in HVAC or construction industry working in an office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in QuickBooks and FieldEdge a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
