Gillmann Services, Inc is seeking Residential Plumber Installers for full time work in Plant City, Fl and surrounding areas. We pay competitive wages and benefits kick in right away! Base pay $21-25/hr + merit increase and monthly bonus eligibility after 90 day probationary period.
Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:00pm , paid weekly with benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and carpenters, to complete projects
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and replacing worn parts
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes while working on plumbing projects
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License with good driving record
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipefitting, fixtures, and water supply systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles
- Experience with field service work and troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 3 years lead plumbing experience required
