Due to growth, we are looking to add a new team member installing hvac systems for our residential customers. Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record. Monthly bonuses on top of great wages.
Requirements: A great attitude and a desire to succeed. Must utilize quality installation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to continually learn
- Be able to solder and wire systems.
- Work well with other technicians to accomplish tasks
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles..
- Be able to replace compressors, coils, full systems and ductwork as needed.
- Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain problems to customers and coworkers.
