HVAC Service Tech
Diagnose, Repair, Service and Maintain AC systems with efficiency and the ability to be thorough in the maintenance process. Install new OEM parts, retrofit using universal parts, measure Voltage, Amperage, and air flow with precision to assist in diagnosis and customer issues. Change filters, flush ,maintain and replace drain lines.
Install contactors and capacitors as needed. Discuss and close sales! Install IAQ equipment and maintain. Find any equipment issues and notify customer of the issue and solution along with cost. Discuss diagnoses and repairs with customer along with preventative measures and suggestions for future maintenance or replacement options. Great people skills. Sales minded but keeping customers best interest first. Keep invoicing and estimates current. Keep truck fully stocked and washed. Communicate with office and management staff. Positive attitude.
* 3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED *
Now for the real talk- We are only interested in actual technicians not a parts changer. If you do not know how to diagnose and install a TXV, Reversing Valve, compressor, fan motor, contactor or capacitor we are not the company for you. If you do not like being on call one week out of the month ( No Sunday's unless it is for a church) then this company is not for you. We put in a lot of O.T in the summer, if you can not work past 5 pm this is not the company for you. All our techs help each other out until the calls left are manageable for the on call tech. That being said we have an elite group of techs you will be joining with very knowledgable managers to help along the way. Great Atmosphere and Camaraderie within our Technicians group.
SO, If you are looking to further your knowledge in the AC field and can listen and follow directions we promise you we will make you into a GREAT Technician.
If you are in AC school do not apply we are not interested in working around your schedule. Now if you drop out of school we can talk. We promise you will learn more in a month here than 2 years of a school that is just taking your money.
