Description:
This is a year-round position in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair HVAC units. You must be comfortable with HVAC Sales as well as repairs. You must be able to tolerate temperatures in excess of 150 degrees for extended periods of time. We are a Drug-Free, Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements:
- A clean 39-month driving record and valid driver license
- Comfortable Selling HVAC Systems, Parts, and 3rd party services
- Ability to meet specific time constraints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification Outstanding
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight, confined spaces at times

Pay: $80,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
