We’re looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Sales Coordinator to be the vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from start to finish. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, conducting outbound follow-up calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
What You’ll Do:
Support Sales Success:
- Partner with our sales team to manage and qualify leads, keeping the pipeline full and flowing.
- Schedule appointments with precision, ensuring our sales reps have the best possible routes and timing for success.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts that leave a lasting impression on our customers.
Drive Customer Engagement:
- Reconnect with potential customers through outbound calls, reigniting their interest in our top-notch HVAC services.
- Engage past customers, offering them valuable upgrades, maintenance plans, and new services to keep their homes comfortable.
- Follow up after installations to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and build strong, lasting relationships.
Be the Customer’s Go-To:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the sales process.
- Keep communication lines open and clear, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.
Collaborate & Optimize:
- Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
- Share valuable insights with our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve our processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective sales operation.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma (an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus!).
- At least two years of experience in sales support or coordination, ideally in HVAC or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience is a bonus!).
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
