The Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems, equipment, and components to support safe and efficient operations at the cement manufacturing plant. The role focuses on ensuring electrical systems, from low to high voltage, are operating within safety standards and production demands.
Job Responsibilities
- Electrical Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on industrial equipment, including motor controls, PLCs, gauges, transmitters, and automation systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults across various systems, including power distribution, automation controls, and digital drives.
- Installation: Install and calibrate electrical components such as motors, drives, controls, and high-voltage systems (up to 4160 volts).
Basic Qualifications
- Motor Controls: Strong experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motor controls.
- Competence in troubleshooting and maintaining PLC systems and digital drives.
- Experience in working with pressure and temperature transmitters.
- Familiarity with working on power distribution systems from 480v up to 4160v.
- Basic knowledge of conduit and pipe running is a plus
Pay: $35.24/hr
